I'm Chris Goodnoe, founder and lead bartender at WinterBrooke Bar. What started as a deep love for craft cocktails and genuine hospitality has grown into Central Florida's go-to mobile bartending service for couples, brands, and event planners who refuse to settle for ordinary.
With years of experience behind the bar — from intimate backyard gatherings to high-end corporate events — I've built WinterBrooke around one standard: every guest leaves feeling like they were the most important person in the room.

Who runs WinterBrooke Bar?
Chris Goodnoe owns WinterBrooke Bar and still works most events behind the bar himself. WinterBrooke Bar is a licensed, ServSafe-certified mobile bar service based in Central Florida, founded in 2024, rated 5.0 across 38 Google reviews.
What kind of events do you work?
Roughly half corporate and half weddings and private parties. On the corporate side that means showroom client nights, product launches, company holiday parties, brand activations and team-building mixology classes. UMI Stone has booked WinterBrooke Bar five times.
What does bar service cost?
Bar service starts at $850, which covers up to 65 guests for four hours. 100 guests over four hours is $1,300 and 200 guests over five hours is $2,900. You can build your own itemized number on the pricing page in about thirty seconds — no phone call required.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability with liquor liability included, and every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and TIPS trained. We issue certificates of insurance naming your venue as additional insured at no charge.
Where do you serve?
Across Central Florida — Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Windermere, Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, Clermont and Titusville, plus the wider Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and Brevard county areas. There is no travel fee inside roughly an hour of Orlando.
How quickly do you respond to an inquiry?
Same day, and usually within a couple of hours unless we are mid-event. You will have an itemized proposal within one business day of us having your guest count and hours.
Do you provide the alcohol?
You buy it, and we handle the ordering. WinterBrooke Bar builds the list from your headcount and places the order through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at cost with no markup from us. Unopened bottles are returnable after the event.
