We don't just serve drinks. We learn your guests' names, remember what they ordered at the cocktail hour, and make every person at your reception feel celebrated — not just served. That's what makes it unforgettable.
Your guests will spend hours at the bar. It's where friendships get deeper, where toasts happen, where your uncle tells that story for the fourth time — and where people remember how good the night felt.
We believe the bar should reflect the same care you put into every other detail of your wedding. That means craft cocktails made well, staff who are warm and professional, and a setup that looks like it belongs in the photos you'll have for the rest of your life.
We handle the full bar operation so you and your partner can actually be present on your wedding day — not running logistics from across the venue.
Check Your Date
This is what separates a bar at your wedding from the bar experience your guests will still talk about years later.
From the first drink of cocktail hour to the last pour of the night, we learn your guests' names and preferences. When someone comes back for a second, we already know what they want. That's the detail that makes people feel special — and that's the detail they remember.
Before your wedding, we'll design a custom cocktail menu together — including signature drinks named for you and your partner, designed around your flavor preferences, your aesthetic, and your guests. The drinks become part of the story of your day.
Setup is complete before your first guest arrives. We coordinate with your planner, do a full walkthrough, and make sure every detail is locked in — so when your cocktail hour begins, the bar is already running smoothly without you ever having to think about it.
Weddings have a thousand moving pieces. If something changes last minute — the timeline shifts, a vendor is late, the guest count adjusts — we adapt without fanfare. You'll never hear about the problem because we'll have already solved it.
Every guest deserves something beautiful in their glass. We create elevated mocktails that are just as thoughtfully crafted as our cocktails — so your non-drinking guests feel just as celebrated. No sad Shirley Temple with a sad cherry.
From the moment we arrive to the moment we load out, you won't lift a finger. We handle everything — bar setup, ice, garnishes, service, and complete breakdown — so you and your partner can spend every moment with each other and your guests.
A sample of what we create for wedding receptions. Every menu is designed from scratch for your event.
Before your wedding, we'll work with you to design drinks that are uniquely yours — built around your story, your flavors, and your aesthetic. We can name them after your venue, your vows, a place that matters to you, or simply "His" and "Hers."
Your guests will see them on the menu card, order them all night, and remember them long after the flowers wilt. It's a small detail that makes the entire evening feel intentional.

"WinterBrooke was the best vendor decision we made. Our guests are still talking about the bar months later. Chris and his team were professional, warm, and made our wedding feel like a 5-star event."

"Chris remembered what everyone was drinking from the cocktail hour and had drinks ready before guests even asked. That's the kind of detail that makes an event feel magical. Book them — you won't regret it."

Not in the way you're probably picturing. Your alcohol is invoiced separately through our partner, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. We build the order from your guest count, event length, and what your crowd actually drinks — you pay their price with no markup from us, and any unopened wine and liquor goes back for a refund afterward. No warehouse store run the week of your wedding.
Plan for about two drinks per guest in the first hour, then roughly one per hour after that. A 150-guest, five-hour reception typically needs around 900 servings across beer, wine, and spirits. Our free alcohol calculator does this math for you in about 60 seconds.
Nine to twelve months is the norm for Central Florida. October through April Saturdays are the most competitive and go first. We only take one event per date — no double-booking — so once a date is claimed it's gone.
Full setup. We bring the physical bar, ice, coolers, mixers, garnish, glassware, tools, and all the small things nobody thinks about, plus complete breakdown at the end of the night. The alcohol is simply invoiced separately through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits.
That's normal and easy to handle. We finalize headcount about 30 days out and adjust staffing and product accordingly. We also bring overage to every event — if your crowd drinks harder than expected, we restock quietly and you only pay for what's opened.
Absolutely, and it's one of the best parts. Most couples choose two signature drinks that mean something to them — a nod to where they met, a family recipe, a honeymoon destination. We'll build and name them with you before the day.
