How much does event bar service cost in Central Florida?
WinterBrooke Bar is $13 per guest for a four-hour bar, $14.50 for five hours and $16 for six, with an $850 minimum. The craft menu adds $2 per guest. So 100 guests for four hours is $1,300, and the estimator above works out your exact number.
Is alcohol included in the price?
No, and that is on purpose. You buy the alcohol at cost through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits from the exact list we build for your guest count. There is no markup from us, and unopened bottles go back.
Why is there an $850 minimum?
A small event still takes a full day: loading, travel, setup two hours before doors, service and breakdown. The $850 minimum covers the bar for up to 65 guests over four hours. Above that, you simply pay per guest.
Do you charge travel fees?
Not within about an hour of Orlando, which covers Winter Park, Lake Mary, Windermere, Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, Clermont, Titusville and everywhere in between. Anything farther is quoted up front, never added afterwards.
Can you invoice my company on Net 30?
Yes. We invoice companies directly on Net 30, accept purchase orders, and send a same-day W-9 plus a certificate of insurance naming your organization as additional insured. Details are on the for planners page.
