Bar service starts at $850. Every price includes the bar, licensed bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, cups and napkins, plus setup and breakdown. Alcohol is invoiced separately at cost through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, and unopened bottles go back.
120 guests over five hours is $1,740 and 150 guests over five hours is $2,175. One bartender per 80 guests. There is no travel fee within about an hour of Orlando, and Windermere is inside that radius.

How much does a private estate bar cost in Windermere?
Bar service in Windermere starts at $850, which covers up to 65 guests for four hours. 100 guests over four hours is $1,300, 150 guests over five hours is $2,175, and 200 guests over five hours is $2,900. Do you work private estates on the Butler Chain of Lakes?
Regularly. Most Windermere work is private homes and lakefront estates rather than commercial venues. WinterBrooke Bar brings a complete self-contained bar, so no built-in bar, power hookup or plumbing is required on site.
Can you do real glassware and custom signature cocktails?
Yes, and both are standard requests in Windermere. Real glassware is $1.45 per glass at about two glasses per guest, including delivery, collection and washing. Custom signature cocktails, named and built for your event, are included in the planning.
Do you provide the alcohol, or do we buy it?
You buy it, and we make that easy. WinterBrooke Bar builds the shopping list from your headcount and places the order through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at cost with no markup from us. Every unopened bottle is returnable, so you are not paying for liquor nobody drank.
What happens if it rains on a lakefront event?
We plan for it in advance. The bar works under a tent, on a covered lanai or inside, and we will walk the rain plan with you before the date rather than improvising on the day. We have poured through a full Florida thunderstorm and kept the bar open.
How many bartenders for a Windermere estate party?
One bartender per 80 guests is the standard. Most Windermere private events land between 60 and 150 guests, which is one or two bartenders. A craft cocktail menu or a single tight cocktail hour usually adds one.
