Mobile bartending in Orlando, priced in public
Bar service starts at $850. Every price includes the bar, licensed bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, cups and napkins, plus setup and breakdown. Alcohol is invoiced separately at cost through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, and unopened bottles go back.
120 guests over five hours is $1,740 and 150 guests over five hours is $2,175. One bartender per 80 guests. There is no travel fee within about an hour of Orlando, and Orlando is inside that radius.

How much does a mobile bartender cost in Orlando?
Bar service in Orlando starts at $850, which covers up to 65 guests for four hours. 100 guests over four hours is $1,300, 150 guests over five hours is $2,175, and 200 guests over five hours is $2,900. Those figures include the bar, licensed bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, cups, napkins, setup and breakdown. Alcohol is separate and billed at cost.
Are you licensed and insured to bartend in Orlando?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance with liquor liability included, and every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and TIPS trained. We issue a certificate of insurance naming your Orlando venue as additional insured at no charge, usually the same day it is requested.
What Orlando venues have you worked at?
WinterBrooke Bar has served events at Cottage on Lake Fairview, one of Orlando's lakeside event venues, along with hotel ballrooms, private estates and corporate offices across the metro. Tell us your venue and we will tell you straight whether we have been there before.
Do you provide the alcohol, or do we buy it?
You buy it, and we make that easy. WinterBrooke Bar builds the shopping list from your headcount and places the order through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at cost with no markup from us. Every unopened bottle is returnable, so you are not paying for liquor nobody drank.
How many bartenders will an Orlando event need?
One bartender per 80 guests is our standard ratio. A 150-person Orlando reception gets two bartenders, a 250-person corporate function gets four. Craft cocktail menus and hard one-hour service windows usually add one.
How early do you arrive, and when do you leave?
We arrive two hours before doors and are loaded out within an hour of close. Those setup and breakdown hours are already built into the prices above, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Do you serve corporate events in Orlando as well as weddings?
Yes, and corporate is now the larger half of what we do. We run showroom client nights, product launches, company holiday parties, brand activations and team-building mixology classes across Orlando. Details are on the corporate bar service page.
