Brand Activations · Central Florida

Cocktails that carry
the campaign.

For agencies and marketing teams: a custom bar, a short menu built on your product, and staff who make the line worth standing in.

The Difference

A bar people photograph

Anyone can pour at your activation. The point is to give attendees a reason to stop, stay, and post.

1

Cocktails built on your product

We read the brief, then design a short menu that references the thing you're launching — by name, by color, by story.

2

A bar that matches your deck

Custom bar face, printed menus, garnish and glassware chosen to your palette. It photographs like it belongs to you.

3

Staffed to keep the line short

One bartender per 80 guests. Nobody leaves an activation because the queue was twelve deep.

The Menu

Your product, in a glass.

We've built menus color-matched to a product line, named after model numbers, and keyed to a campaign tagline. Three drinks is usually the number — enough to feel designed, few enough that the line keeps moving.

You approve the recipes and the printed menu before we buy a single bottle.

How It Runs

Four steps, one point of contact

1. Brief

You send the product, the space and the date. We come back with a menu concept.

2. Build

Recipes tested, menus printed, bar styled to your brand. You approve before we buy anything.

3. Run

We're on site two hours early. Your team never sees the setup, only the finished bar.

4. Clear

Out within an hour of close. Unopened bottles go back and come off your invoice.

Common Questions

Brand activations, answered

How much does a brand activation bar cost?

Standard activation bar service starts at $850 for up to 50 attendees over four hours, and a 200-attendee activation over five hours is $2,450. Custom bar fabrication, branded menus and bespoke glassware are quoted on top of that once we have seen the deck.

Can the bar be branded to our campaign?

Yes. We build custom bar faces, printed menus, garnish and glassware to your palette, and design a short cocktail menu that references the product by name, color or story. The goal is a bar that photographs like it belongs to the campaign rather than to a caterer.

How far in advance do you need the creative brief?

Three to four weeks is comfortable for a custom build and menu development. Two weeks is workable. Under two weeks we can still staff and run a strong bar, but custom fabrication gets difficult.

Do you work with agencies and their procurement process?

Regularly. WinterBrooke Bar invoices agencies directly, works on Net 30, accepts purchase orders, provides a same-day W-9 and issues a $2,000,000 certificate of insurance naming your agency or your client as additional insured.

Can you serve non-alcoholic versions for a daytime or dry activation?

Yes, and we do a lot of them. Every signature cocktail gets a spirit-free build made the same way in the same glass. We also run entirely zero-proof activations where the alcohol is not the point.

Do you provide staff beyond bartenders?

We provide licensed bartenders and barbacks. If your activation needs brand ambassadors or product specialists, we work alongside them and keep the bar area as the anchor rather than the bottleneck.

Where in Florida do you run activations?

Across Central Florida — Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Windermere and the wider Orange, Seminole and Osceola county area, including the convention corridor. Travel outside that radius is quoted on request.
