How much does a bar cost for a company holiday party?
A 50-guest party over four hours is $850. 100 guests over four hours is $1,300, 150 guests over five hours is $1,750, and 200 guests over five hours is $2,450. Alcohol is invoiced separately at cost, and you only pay for what gets opened.
When do company holiday parties actually need to be booked?
September and October. Every year the first two Saturdays in December sell out first, then the Fridays. If your date is flexible, a mid-week December event is almost always available and noticeably cheaper.
Do you handle setup and breakdown, or does our team have to help?
We handle all of it. WinterBrooke Bar arrives two hours before doors and is loaded out within an hour of close. Nobody from your company lifts a table, fills an ice bin or takes a bottle home.
Can we run drink tickets or cap the bar spend?
Yes. We run hosted open bars, drink-ticket systems, partial hosting with a set tab limit, and consumption-based arrangements. Ticketed and capped formats are common for company parties and are the simplest way to control spend precisely.
How does the alcohol get purchased and paid for?
We build the order from your headcount and buy it through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at cost, with no markup from us. It is invoiced separately from bar service, and every unopened bottle comes back off the invoice after the event.
What do you offer guests who are not drinking?
Every event includes a full zero-proof program — spirit-free versions of the signature cocktails, made the same way, in the same glass. Nobody who is not drinking gets handed a can and left out of the toast.
Can you invoice our company on Net 30 terms?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar invoices companies directly on Net 30, accepts purchase orders, and provides a W-9 and a $2,000,000 certificate of insurance naming your organization as additional insured. See the procurement page for the full vendor packet.
