The Problem We Solve

You Have Enough to Manage. The Bar Shouldn't Be One of Them.

Event coordinators and admins hear it constantly: the bar vendor was late, understaffed, or impossible to reach before the event. You spend the night managing them instead of managing the experience — and leadership notices when something's off.

WinterBrooke is built to make you look good. We respond fast, confirm every detail in advance, arrive early, set up without creating work for you, and run a service clean enough that your VP walks up to the bar and thinks "whoever planned this knew what they were doing." Then we break down and disappear without leaving a mess or a follow-up problem.

That's what it feels like to have a vendor that actually has your back.

Full-Service Package

Everything You Need. Nothing You Have to Manage.

Every WinterBrooke corporate event comes fully handled — from the first planning call to the last box loaded out.

1

Pre-Event Consultation

We'll discuss your guest count, event timeline, venue logistics, and drink preferences. You'll know exactly what to expect before we show up — and we'll know exactly what you need.

2

Full Bar Setup

We bring the bar, tools, and everything needed for service. No stress on your end. We coordinate with your venue and set up without being a distraction to your event flow.

3

Curated Cocktail Menu

We'll design a drink menu tailored to your event — from classic cocktails and crowd-pleasers to signature branded drinks for product launches or themed events.

4

Professional Service Staff

Licensed, insured, and trained bartenders who look the part and deliver the kind of warm, attentive service your guests will talk about. We remember names. We read the room.

5

Non-Alcoholic Options

Craft mocktails, specialty sodas, and full zero-proof builds so every guest feels included and well taken care of — not handed a Sprite and forgotten.

6

Full Breakdown & Cleanup

When service ends, we handle every piece of it. You'll never deal with post-event bar cleanup. We load out clean, fast, and quietly — so your team can focus on wrapping up.

Perfect For

Every Corporate Occasion

We've served companies from 30 to 300 guests across every type of corporate event Central Florida puts on.

Holiday Parties

Your annual holiday party should feel like an event, not a catered lunch. We create a bar experience your team is still talking about in January — with seasonal cocktails, warm hospitality, and a full service that makes the night feel special.

Client Entertainment

When you're hosting clients, the bar is a reflection of your brand. We make sure that reflection is impressive — polished cocktails, attentive service, and a setup that says you put thought into every detail.

Team Building Events

Happy hours and team events are better with a bar that actually shows up. We handle the drinks while your team connects — no plastic cups, no subpar wine, no one waiting 20 minutes for a beer.

Product Launches

Signature cocktails named after your product. Branded garnishes. A bar aesthetic that photographs well. We work with your marketing team to make the bar a centerpiece of the launch experience.

Award Ceremonies

When you're recognizing excellence, everything around it should reflect that standard — including the bar. We bring the level of service that matches the formality of the occasion.

Conferences & Receptions

Post-session cocktail hours and conference receptions are where relationships are actually built. We keep the line moving, the drinks excellent, and the conversation flowing.

Our Process

Simple. Professional. Handled.

From your first message to the last drink poured — we make this easy for you.

1

Submit a Request

Fill out our inquiry form with your event date, guest count, and location. We respond within 24 hours — usually sooner.

2

Planning Consultation

We'll schedule a quick call to go over your event needs, finalize the menu, confirm logistics, and answer every question you have.

3

Day-of Execution

We arrive early, set up without interrupting your event flow, and run a bar service your guests will notice — in the best possible way.

4

Clean Exit

When the last drink is poured, we break down and load out. You won't have to think about the bar again — it's already handled.

Who You're Hiring

WinterBrooke Bar is a corporate event bartending service in Central Florida.

Not a catering add-on and not a staffing agency that sends whoever is free. WinterBrooke Bar is owned by Chris Goodnoe, who still works most events behind the bar himself, and it has run more than 225 events across Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Kissimmee and the surrounding counties since 2024 — rated 5.0 across 38 Google reviews, with no events missed.

The clearest proof we can give you is repeat business. UMI Stone, a Central Florida stone showroom, has booked us five separate times for designer appreciation nights and product launches. Nobody books the same bar vendor five times because of a badge on a website.

What that experience actually buys you: we have poured through a full Florida thunderstorm and kept the bar open, taken over a wedding two weeks out after another bartender cancelled, and set up a cocktail-hour bar and an inside bar in thirty minutes when a venue gave us the wrong call time. None of those nights were the client's problem, because handling them is the job.

Every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and TIPS trained. WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability with liquor liability included, and issues a certificate naming your organization as additional insured at no charge — usually the same business day you ask. Everything your AP department needs is spelled out on the for planners and procurement page.

What It Costs

Corporate bar service pricing, in public.

Most bar vendors will not give you a number without a phone call. That is fine for them and useless to you when you are building a budget for approval. Here is ours, worked out exactly the way the estimator does it.

Corporate event bar service pricing in Central Florida
GuestsHours of serviceBartendersBar service total
5041$850
8041$1,040
10042$1,300
12052$1,740
15052$2,175
20053$2,900

What that covers: the bar itself, licensed uniformed bartenders, all bar tools, ice, mixers, garnish, cups, straws and napkins, plus setup and breakdown. Setup before doors and breakdown after are included in the per-guest price.

What is billed separately: the alcohol. We build the order from your headcount and buy it at cost through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits with no markup from us, invoiced separately, with every unopened bottle credited back after the event. Optional add-ons include The Front Porch (iced tea, lemonade and infused water) at $3.25 per guest, The Spritz Bar at $4 per guest, real glassware at $1.45 per glass and The Trailer Bar at $750. The full menu is on the pricing page.

Bar service starts at $850. That floor exists because a 30-guest event still takes a full day once you count insurance, certification, the bar, the glassware, the fuel and the hours nobody sees. Below that number we would be doing what a lot of vendors in this market quietly do, which is working at a loss and hoping nothing goes wrong.

Common Questions

Answers Before You Ask

Can you invoice our company directly?

Yes. We work with corporate accounting regularly and can accommodate purchase orders, net terms, W-9 requests, and formal invoicing. Tell us what your finance team needs and we'll match your process.

Do you carry liability insurance for corporate events?

Yes — $2 million in event liability coverage, with certificates issued directly to your venue or facilities team. All bartenders are ServSafe certified and trained in responsible service and over-service protocol.

Can you run a cash bar or drink-ticket system?

Yes. We handle hosted open bars, drink-ticket systems, partial hosting with a set tab limit, and consumption-based arrangements. Ticketed and limited formats are common for larger corporate functions and help control spend precisely.

How many bartenders do we need?

We staff one bartender per 80 guests as standard, which keeps the line moving without overstaffing the room. For a 200-person function that is three bartenders. A craft cocktail menu or a hard one-hour service window will usually add one more.

Do you serve non-alcoholic options?

Always. Every event includes a full non-alcoholic program — craft mocktails, zero-proof versions of the signature drinks, and standard soft options — so guests who aren't drinking still get something made for them rather than a can.

How much does corporate event bartending cost in Central Florida?

Bar service starts at $850, covering up to 65 guests for four hours. 100 guests over four hours is $1,300, 150 guests over five hours is $2,175, and 200 guests over five hours is $2,900. Setup, breakdown, bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, cups and napkins are all included. Alcohol is invoiced separately at cost. The estimator produces an itemized figure in about thirty seconds.

Who buys the alcohol for a corporate event?

Your company does, and we do the ordering. WinterBrooke Bar builds the order from your headcount and places it through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at cost with no markup. Unopened bottles come back off the invoice, so the line item reflects actual consumption.

When do you arrive and when are you out?

Two hours before doors, and loaded out within an hour of close. Nobody on your team lifts a table, fills an ice bin or stays late for teardown. Those hours are already built into the quoted price.

How far in advance should a company book?

Four to six weeks for most dates. December holiday parties should be locked in by September or October — the first two Saturdays in December go first every year, then the Fridays. Mid-week December is usually wide open and cheaper.
