The short version, for the vendor form

- Legal name. WinterBrooke Bar — Central Florida
- W-9. Current W-9 available on request, sent same day. Required before your first payment if you'll pay us more than $600 this year.
- Liability insurance. $2,000,000 general liability. We issue a certificate of insurance naming your organization as additional insured, at no charge, before the event.
- Liquor liability. Included. Certificate available on the same COI.
- Certifications. ServSafe Alcohol certified. All bartenders licensed and certified before they work an event.
- Payment terms. Net 30 available for established organizations. Deposit reserves the date; balance due per the agreement.
- Accepted payment. ACH, check, or card. Purchase orders accepted.
- Contracts. We'll sign your MSA or vendor agreement. We also provide our own event agreement if you'd rather use it.
- Alcohol. Invoiced separately at cost through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, no markup from us. Unopened wine and liquor is returnable after the event.
- Service area. All of Central Florida. Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Lake Mary, Clermont, Windermere, Oviedo, Apopka, Saint Cloud, Winter Garden and the Space Coast.
What we need from your venue

Access
Two hours before service for load-in and setup, one hour after for breakdown. Ground-level access or elevator. A cart path from the loading point to the bar location.
Space
Roughly 8×4 feet for a single bar, plus a small back-of-house area for coolers and cases — out of guest sightlines.
Power & water
One standard outlet within reach is helpful but not essential. No plumbing required — we bring our own water and haul out our own waste.

Bar service, priced for a requisition
Bar service starts at $850 for up to 50 guests over four hours. Every figure includes the bar, licensed bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, cups and napkins, plus setup and breakdown. Alcohol is invoiced separately at cost. The estimator produces an itemized figure you can paste straight into a requisition.

What AP and procurement ask us
What is your legal business name and do you have a W-9?
The legal name is WinterBrooke Bar, based in Central Florida. A current, signed W-9 is available on request and is sent the same day. You will need it before your first payment if you expect to pay us more than $600 in a calendar year.
What insurance do you carry, and can you name us as additional insured?
WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability with liquor liability included. We issue a certificate of insurance naming your organization, your venue or your landlord as additional insured at no charge, and we can usually turn it around the same business day.
What are your payment terms?
Net 30 for companies, with a signed agreement and an invoice issued after the event. A deposit holds the date for retail and private clients; corporate accounts with a PO in place generally do not need one.
Are your bartenders certified?
Every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and trained in responsible service, ID verification and over-service protocol. We are the vendor that cuts someone off politely before it becomes your problem.
What do you need from the venue for load-in?
A clear path from a vehicle to the bar position, roughly an eight-by-four-foot footprint per bar, and a two-hour window before doors. We do not need power or plumbing. If there are stairs, a freight elevator or a loading-dock window, tell us in advance and we will plan around it.
How do you staff an event?
One bartender per 80 guests is the standard ratio. Craft cocktail menus, multiple bar locations or a hard one-hour cocktail window will usually add a bartender. We will tell you which applies when we quote it.
How is alcohol handled on the invoice?
Bar service and alcohol are invoiced separately. Alcohol is purchased at cost through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits with no markup, and every unopened bottle is credited back after the event, so the line item reflects actual consumption.
What does bar service cost?
Bar service starts at $850 for up to 50 guests over four hours. 100 guests over four hours is $1,300, 150 guests over five hours is $1,750, and 200 guests over five hours is $2,450. The pricing page has an estimator that produces an itemized figure you can paste into a requisition.
