Every Drink
Tells a Story.
From smoky, theatrical pours to light garden-fresh spritzers—our menu is built around how your event actually flows. All cocktails are customizable, and we love building something original for you.
A Menu Built
Around Your Event
This page showcases our most popular cocktails — but every event we do is different. We'll work with you before your event to finalize a menu that fits your vibe, your guests, and your budget.
Whether you want us to pull from this list, modify an existing cocktail, or design something completely original, we'll make it happen. That's the WinterBrooke standard.
Signature Collection
These are the cocktails that get remembered. Theatrical, intentional, and made to impress.

Ember & Oak Old Fashioned
Our most theatrical pour. Rittenhouse rye, house-made cherry wood smoke, maple bitters, and a fat orange peel — served beneath a glass dome and unveiled tableside. Guests stop talking when this one hits the bar.

Honey Smoke Boulevardier
The cocktail that built WinterBrooke's reputation. Bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth sweetened with raw wildflower honey and finished with rosemary smoke. Complex, warming, and hard to put down.

Kissed by Hibiscus
Blanco tequila, fresh lime, and house-made hibiscus syrup with an edible hibiscus bloom and gold leaf rim. Stunning in the glass, dangerous in the best way. A crowd favorite at every event.

Strawberry Fields
Fresh-muddled Florida strawberries, premium vodka, lime, and a whisper of elderflower. Light, bright, and criminally drinkable. This is the one your guests ask us to make twice before the night is over.
Craft & Classic
Spirit-forward drinks done with precision. For guests who know what they want and appreciate when it's done right.

Black Walnut Fashioned
Bourbon, house black walnut bitters, demerara, and a fat orange twist. Stirred to perfection on one large rock. The Old Fashioned for someone who's moved past the standard.

Maple Ember Manhattan
Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and house-made maple ember bitters. Stirred cold, served with a slow-burning cinnamon garnish. The Manhattan that earns conversation.

Cocoa Old Fashioned
Dark rum, cocoa nib syrup, Angostura bitters, and a chocolate-dusted orange peel. Rich, complex, and deeply satisfying. Pairs well with any dessert table — or none at all.

Golden Hour Gimlet
A clean, crisp gin gimlet with fresh lime and a float of elderflower liqueur on a gold-dusted lime wheel. Simple, elegant, and utterly refreshing.

Velvet Orchard
Aged bourbon, Luxardo cherry liqueur, and house-made black cherry bitters. Served neat in a crystal coupe. Fireplace optional — warmth guaranteed.

Añejo Gold Rush
Añejo tequila, fresh lemon, and house-made honey syrup over a king cube. The Gold Rush, rebuilt with better bourbon. Silky, sweet, and just complex enough.
Bubbles & Celebrations
Champagne-forward cocktails built to photograph beautifully and taste even better.

Blush & Bubbly
Pink gin, elderflower, lemon, and prosecco with fresh raspberry and thyme. Light, floral, and built for toasting. The drink that signals the evening is officially underway.

Pear & Elderflower Royale
Crisp pear eau de vie, elderflower cordial, and cold-pressed Champagne. Delicate, fragrant, and made for the most special of occasions.

Raspberry Rose Refresher
Fresh raspberry, rose water, lemon, and sparkling wine topped with dried herbs. Pink without being sweet — elegant without being precious.

White Peach Fizz
Georgia white peach purée, fresh lemon, and Prosecco poured tableside. Simple perfection. The drink that looks like it took an hour to make and takes about 45 seconds.

Strawberry Cloud Bellini
Fresh strawberry purée, white peach, and sparkling wine with a strawberry-dusted foam crown. Our most Instagrammable drink — and it tastes as good as it looks.

Champagne Citrus Kiss
Cognac, Grand Marnier, fresh lemon, and a long orange twist dropped into a cold flute of Champagne. The classic French 75 — made with a little more intention.
Espresso & Dessert
Because some guests want a cocktail and a dessert rolled into one. We respect that.

Espresso Martini
The crowd favorite, done right. Freshly pulled espresso, premium vodka, Kahlúa, and a touch of vanilla bean. Three coffee beans on top — because tradition matters. Ordered more times than any other drink we make.

White Chocolate Espresso Martini
Our most decadent pour. Espresso, vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and shaved white chocolate on top. For when you've decided the evening is going all out.

Salted Caramel Espresso Martini
Espresso, bourbon cream, salted caramel drizzle, and a gilded caramel rim. A dessert course in a glass. This one stops people mid-conversation.

Peppermint Espresso Martini
Cool peppermint, dark espresso, vodka, and a crushed candy cane rim. A holiday season staple. Festive, bold, and better than dessert. Available October through January.

Bourbon Brewtini
Cold brew concentrate, Buffalo Trace, honey syrup, and a splash of cream. The coffee cocktail for whiskey lovers who want something more complex than an espresso martini.
Tropical & Bold
Vibrant, fruit-forward, and built for dancing. These drinks bring energy to any room.

Tropical Starburst Punch
A show-stopping communal bowl cocktail for 8–12 guests. Passion fruit, mango, orange, and rum layered with floating citrus wheels and botanicals. Your group photo just got significantly better. Ask us about adding this to your package.

Mango Mezcal Crush
Fresh mango, mezcal, lime, and a Tajín-chili rim. Sweet smoke with a slow, satisfying finish. The cocktail that converts mezcal skeptics on the first sip.

Karyn's Forbidden Island
Our house tiki cocktail: aged rum, pineapple, passion fruit, and a slow-dripped cherry-grenadine float with a full pineapple crown. Tropical vacation in a cup — no passport required.

Island Smoke Daiquiri
Light rum, lime, coconut, and a smoldering hibiscus-rimmed tiki glass. Beachside vibes with a theatrical twist. One of our most visually impressive serves.

Golden Sands Piña Frozé
Blended rum, fresh pineapple, coconut cream, and edible gold shimmer dust. The frozen drink your guests didn't know they needed until they had one.

Palm Tree Daydream
Coconut rum, fresh lime, mint, and soda water. If a mojito took a vacation to the Caribbean and decided never to come back. Light, crushable, and endlessly refreshing.

Tequila Sunset Whisper
Silver tequila, blood orange, grapefruit, and a slow grenadine float that creates a glowing sunset gradient in the glass. Served tall with a chili-lime rim and gold straw. A visual statement.
Light & Garden Fresh
For guests who want something refreshing, sophisticated, and a little unexpected. These are the afternoon and early-evening heroes.

Citrus Blossom Cooler
London Dry gin, blood orange, fresh lemon, and elderflower with a dehydrated citrus garnish and jasmine bloom. Pretty enough to photograph. Refreshing enough to order twice.

Lavender Lace Lemonade
Vodka, house-made lavender syrup, fresh lemon, and soda. Subtly floral, not sweet — perfectly suited for afternoon receptions, outdoor events, and bridal showers.

Cucumber Glow Spritz
Hendrick's gin, fresh cucumber, yuzu, basil, and sparkling water. The most sophisticated garden party drink we know — and it converts gin skeptics every single time.

Honeydew Highball
Melon liqueur, vodka, fresh honeydew juice, and tonic with melon ball garnish on a gold pick. Light, clean, and genuinely impossible to put down.

Sparkling Sage Cooler
Grapefruit, gin, fresh sage, and tonic. The unexpected pairing that converts every skeptic at the bar. Peppery, bright, and endlessly sessionable at outdoor events.

Blueberry Breeze
Vodka, fresh blueberry, lemon, and tonic water with blueberries skewered on a gold pick. Vibrant, tart, and wickedly refreshing. The bar looks stunning when five of these are lined up.
Crowd Favorites
The drinks that keep lines moving and guests happy. Approachable for everyone, serious in execution.

Midnight Mandarin Mule
Mandarin-infused vodka, ginger beer, and fresh lime in a copper mule mug with a citrus crown. The classic mule — made more interesting and more citrus-forward.

Spiced Cherry Sour
Bourbon, muddled cherry, lemon, and egg white shaken to a silky foam with a luxardo cherry garnish. A bar cart staple — but executed with the precision it deserves.

Royal Blackberry Fizz
Vodka, muddled blackberry, lemon, and prosecco poured tableside. Deep purple, dramatic, and consistently the most-photographed drink at every event we do it.

Peachy Keen Cooler
Georgia peach vodka, peach nectar, fresh lemon, and soda with a fresh peach garnish. Unapologetically delicious. A summer staple that guests of every age reach for.

Garden Party Smash
Gin, cucumber, elderflower, lemon, and tonic with fresh mint. The most crowd-pleasing garden party cocktail we know. Easy to love, impossible to criticize.

The WinterBrooke Spritz
Aperol, fresh orange, prosecco, and a splash of soda with a dehydrated citrus wheel and edible gold flake. The aperitivo that gets the party started — and keeps it going.

Don't See What You're Looking For?
The cocktails above are just what we show here. We're happy to create a fully custom menu from scratch — themed cocktails, signature drinks named after the couple, seasonal specialties, mocktail pairings, or anything else you have in mind.
Cocktail menus, answered
Can we build a custom cocktail menu?
Yes, and most events do. The cocktails on this page are the starting point, not the limit. We will modify an existing drink, build something original around your event, or name signature cocktails after your products for a corporate launch. Menu design is included in the price.
How many cocktails should we put on the menu?
Two to four signature cocktails plus beer and wine is the sweet spot. Honestly, 95 percent of parties do not need a full open bar — a short menu is faster to serve, cheaper to stock, and guests order more confidently from four choices than from twenty.
Do you make non-alcoholic cocktails?
Every cocktail on the menu has a zero-proof version, built with the same technique in the same glass. Guests who are not drinking get something made for them rather than a can handed over the bar.
Does the menu price change what we pay?
Bar service pricing is based on guest count and hours, not on which drinks you pick. A four-cocktail craft menu and a beer-and-wine bar cost the same in service. What changes is the alcohol order, which you pay at cost.
Can you match the menu to our venue or brand?
Yes. We match garnish, glassware and printed menu design to your palette. For corporate launches and showroom events we name the drinks after the products, which is reliably the thing guests photograph.
Do you offer seasonal menus?
Yes — fall and winter menus lean warming and spiced, spring and summer lean bright and citrus-forward. For December company parties we build a short holiday menu that works standing up in a crowded room.
What does a full bar include beyond the cocktails?
Ice, mixers, garnish, cups, straws, napkins, all bar tools, plus setup and breakdown. The Front Porch (iced tea, lemonade and infused water) is $3.25 per guest if you want it. Alcohol is billed separately at cost.
