Team building
with a shaker.
Ninety minutes. Three cocktails. Everyone makes all of them. Groups of 8 to 40, hosted in your office or anywhere with a table.
Ninety minutes, three drinks
Everyone builds every cocktail with their own hands. Nobody watches a demo from the back of the room.
We bring everything
Stations, tools, glassware, spirits, garnish, printed recipe cards. You bring a room with tables.
Built around a theme
Tiki, classics, seasonal, or built on your brand. We'll match it to whatever the offsite is about.
Zero-proof included
Every cocktail has a spirit-free version, made the same way, so nobody sits out.

Team building that isn't a trust fall.
People talk while their hands are busy. That's the entire mechanism — and it works better than an icebreaker on a slide.
Groups of 8 to 40. Runs in a conference room, a kitchen, a rooftop, or your office.
Not just offsites
Client entertaining
More memorable than a steakhouse, and everyone leaves having made something.
New hire welcomes
A cohort that shakes drinks together stops being strangers by drink two.
Bachelorette parties
The private group version, hosted wherever you're staying.
Remote team meetups
The one night a year everyone's in the same city — make it count.
Classes start at $850.
That covers a group of up to 12 for ninety minutes and three cocktails. Larger groups are quoted by headcount, and groups of 8 to 40 are the comfortable range.

Mixology classes, answered
How much does a corporate mixology class cost?
Classes start at $850 for a group of up to 12. Larger groups are quoted by headcount, and that price includes the instructor, all stations, tools, glassware, spirits, mixers, garnish and printed recipe cards. Groups of 8 to 40 are the comfortable range.
How long is the class and what actually happens?
Ninety minutes, three cocktails, and everyone builds every drink with their own hands. There is no demo that the back of the room watches. We teach the technique, the group makes it, then we move to the next one.
Where can the class be held?
Anywhere with tables and a sink within reach — your office conference room, a rented space, a hotel suite or a home. We bring everything else, including the ice. No bar, no kitchen and no power hookup required.
Can the cocktails be themed to our company or event?
Yes. Tiki, classics, seasonal, or a menu built around your brand, your product launch or whatever the offsite is actually about. Tell us the theme when you book and we will build the three drinks around it.
What about team members who do not drink?
Every cocktail in the class has a spirit-free version made with the same technique, the same shaker and the same glass. Nobody sits out, and nobody has to announce why they are not drinking.
How far in advance should we book a team-building class?
Two to three weeks is usually plenty. December fills up first because of holiday offsites, so book that month in October if you can.
Do you invoice companies directly?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar invoices on Net 30, accepts purchase orders, and supplies a W-9 and a $2,000,000 certificate of insurance on request. Details are on the for planners page.
