Are you licensed and insured to bartend in Saint Cloud?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance with liquor liability included, and every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and TIPS trained. Can you serve at an open-air or barn venue with no built-in bar?
Yes, and that describes most Saint Cloud venues. We bring the bar itself, all tools, glassware and ice. We do not need power or plumbing — only a clear path from a vehicle and roughly an eight-by-four-foot footprint.
How do you handle heat and weather at outdoor Saint Cloud venues?
We over-ice, we keep infused water flowing all night with The Front Porch, and we agree a rain plan before the date. Florida weather is not a surprise to anyone who works here, and it should not change your timeline.
How many bartenders will we need?
One bartender per 80 guests. Most Saint Cloud weddings run 100 to 160 guests, which is two bartenders. If you want a short, hard cocktail hour, we will usually recommend adding one.
