Heller Hall sits in the heart of Winter Garden's downtown historic district, right along the West Orange Trail — brick-lined streets, local shops within walking distance, and a building with genuine character rather than manufactured charm.

The space itself is about 1,054 square feet with vaulted ceilings, a vintage chandelier, white walls, and enough natural light that photographers tend to love it. There's an adjacent pergola painted in traditional southern haint blue that makes a natural outdoor pocket for cocktail hour.

We've worked Heller Hall and it's one of our favorite rooms in Central Florida. It rewards a bar setup that's been thought through — at 70 to 150 guests in an intimate footprint, the bar isn't tucked in a corner. It's part of the room, and it should look like it belongs there.
