The Ocoee Lakeshore Center sits on Starke Lake just west of Orlando — an 8,500 square foot facility with a 400-person ballroom, soaring ceilings, a wrap-around porch, and a full event lawn running down toward the water.
There are four indoor and outdoor spaces to work with, plus the smaller Lakeview Room at 112 guests and the historic Withers-Maguire House on site for more intimate ceremonies. Two ready rooms and a catering kitchen round it out.
We've worked the Lakeshore Center. At 400 guests it's one of the largest rooms we serve in the area, and the bar operation at that scale is a fundamentally different job than a 120-person barn — the difference between a good night and a long line is decided weeks before the event, in the staffing plan.

One bar cannot serve 400 people without producing a line long enough that guests stop bothering. We plan multiple service points and staff accordingly.

Do you provide bar service at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center?
Yes — we've worked the Ocoee Lakeshore Center. We bring the full mobile bar, licensed staff, ice, glassware, and mixers, and scale the setup across the venue's indoor and outdoor spaces to match your guest count.
How many bartenders do we need for 400 guests?
At the Lakeshore Center's full 400-person capacity we'd recommend four to five bartenders across multiple bars. The standard guideline is one bartender per 80 guests, and at this scale a single bar simply becomes a bottleneck.
Can you serve on the lawn and wrap-around porch?
Yes. The porch and event lawn are some of the best parts of this venue, and we regularly set up outdoors there. We plan placement around your timeline so guests outside aren't walking back into the ballroom for every drink.
What does bar service cost at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center?
Pricing does not change by venue. Bar service starts at $850 for up to 50 guests over four hours, $1,300 for 100 guests over four hours, $1,750 for 150 guests over five hours, and $2,450 for 200 guests over five hours. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability with liquor liability included, and every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and TIPS trained. We issue a certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured at no charge, usually the same day.
How does buying the alcohol work?
You buy it and we handle the ordering. WinterBrooke Bar builds the list from your headcount and places it through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at cost with no markup from us. Every unopened bottle is returnable after the event, so you are not paying for what nobody drank.
When do you arrive and when do you leave?
We arrive two hours before doors and are loaded out within an hour of close. Those hours are already built into the quoted price, so the setup window is never a surprise line item on the invoice.
What do you offer guests who are not drinking?
Every signature cocktail gets a zero-proof build, made the same way in the same glass. Nobody who is not drinking gets handed a can and left out of the toast.
Can we use real glassware?
Yes. Real glassware is $1.45 per glass at roughly two glasses per guest, and includes delivery, collection and washing. You can toggle it on in the estimator to see exactly what it adds.
