The Ocoee Lakeshore Center sits on Starke Lake just west of Orlando — an 8,500 square foot facility with a 400-person ballroom, soaring ceilings, a wrap-around porch, and a full event lawn running down toward the water.

There are four indoor and outdoor spaces to work with, plus the smaller Lakeview Room at 112 guests and the historic Withers-Maguire House on site for more intimate ceremonies. Two ready rooms and a catering kitchen round it out.

We've worked the Lakeshore Center. At 400 guests it's one of the largest rooms we serve in the area, and the bar operation at that scale is a fundamentally different job than a 120-person barn — the difference between a good night and a long line is decided weeks before the event, in the staffing plan.
