Heller Hall sits in the heart of Winter Garden's downtown historic district, right along the West Orange Trail — brick-lined streets, local shops within walking distance, and a building with genuine character rather than manufactured charm.
The space itself is about 1,054 square feet with vaulted ceilings, a vintage chandelier, white walls, and enough natural light that photographers tend to love it. There's an adjacent pergola painted in traditional southern haint blue that makes a natural outdoor pocket for cocktail hour.
We've worked Heller Hall and it's one of our favorite rooms in Central Florida. It rewards a bar setup that's been thought through — at 70 to 150 guests in an intimate footprint, the bar isn't tucked in a corner. It's part of the room, and it should look like it belongs there.

At this size the bar is visible from nearly everywhere. We bring a bar that reads as part of the décor — clean lines, real glassware, no plastic folding table with a cloth over it.
Indoor and covered outdoor changes the flow
With the hall and the pergola both in play, guest movement between spaces matters. We plan bar placement around where people will actually stand, not just where there's an outlet.
Downtown load-in takes planning
Historic downtown means shared streets and limited staging. We arrive early and build in buffer so setup never collides with your other vendors or your timeline.
About the alcohol
Your alcohol is invoiced separately through our partner, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits — at their price, with no markup from us.
We build the order from your guest count and drink preferences, and any unopened wine and liquor can be returned for a refund after the event. No warehouse store run, no guessing, and no closet full of leftover bottles.

120 guests over five hours is $1,540 and 150 guests over five hours is $1,750. One bartender per 80 guests. Real glassware is $1.45 per glass.

Do you serve weddings at Heller Hall in Winter Garden?
Yes — we've worked Heller Hall and know the space. We bring the complete bar setup, staff, ice, glassware, and everything else, and we handle load-in and breakdown around the venue's downtown Winter Garden access.
How many bartenders do we need for a wedding at Heller Hall?
For Heller Hall's 70–150 guest range, one bartender covers most events comfortably. We'd recommend a second if you're near the top of that range, serving craft cocktails, or want essentially no wait at the bar.
Can you set up the bar outside by the pergola?
Yes. We're fully mobile and can set indoors, under the covered outdoor area, or split service across both. We'll walk the space with your timeline and recommend placement based on where guests will actually gather.
What does bar service cost at Heller Hall?
Pricing does not change by venue. Bar service starts at $850 for up to 50 guests over four hours, $1,300 for 100 guests over four hours, $1,750 for 150 guests over five hours, and $2,450 for 200 guests over five hours. That covers the bar, bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, cups, napkins, setup and breakdown. Alcohol is separate, at cost. Build your own number on the pricing page.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability with liquor liability included, and every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and TIPS trained. We issue a certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured at no charge, usually the same day.
How does buying the alcohol work?
You buy it and we handle the ordering. WinterBrooke Bar builds the list from your headcount and places it through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at cost with no markup from us. Every unopened bottle is returnable after the event, so you are not paying for what nobody drank.
When do you arrive and when do you leave?
We arrive two hours before doors and are loaded out within an hour of close. Those hours are already built into the quoted price, so the setup window is never a surprise line item on the invoice.
What do you offer guests who are not drinking?
Every signature cocktail gets a zero-proof build, made the same way in the same glass. Nobody who is not drinking gets handed a can and left out of the toast.
Can we use real glassware?
Yes. Real glassware is $1.45 per glass at roughly two glasses per guest, and includes delivery, collection and washing. You can toggle it on in the estimator to see exactly what it adds.
