WinterBrooke Bar brings a complete mobile bar — staff, ice, glassware, and setup — to Lavender on the Lake in Osceola County.

Lavender on the Lake is a working flower farm and hop yard on Lake Tohopekaliga in Saint Cloud — and one of the more striking rooms in Central Florida. The main building runs 10,000 square feet with 35-foot ceilings and three glass garage doors that open straight toward the water.
There's a 175-foot dock for sunset photos, a lakeside lawn, a greenhouse, and in season, actual lavender in bloom. Inside there's a full catering kitchen and two getting-ready rooms with private baths. It seats up to 300.
We've worked Lavender on the Lake, and the thing to understand about it is scale. Three hundred guests in a room that size is a genuinely different bar operation than a 120-person barn — and it's the kind of event where an under-staffed bar becomes obvious fast.
At full capacity you're looking at multiple service points, not one bar with a line. We staff to keep waits short, because a 20-minute bar line at a 300-person reception empties the dance floor.
When those doors are open, the lawn and the dock become part of the party. We plan placement so guests outside aren't hiking back indoors every time they want a drink.
Open doors and open water change how a bar runs. Garnish, glassware, and ice all need handling that an enclosed ballroom never demands.
Your alcohol is invoiced separately through our partner, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits — at their price, with no markup from us.
We build the order from your guest count and drink preferences, and any unopened wine and liquor can be returned for a refund after the event. No warehouse store run, no guessing, and no closet full of leftover bottles.
Yes — we've worked Lavender on the Lake in Saint Cloud. We bring the full mobile bar, staff, ice, and glassware, and we scale the setup to your guest count, which at this venue can run all the way to 300.
At or near capacity we'd typically recommend three to four bartenders across multiple service points. One bar serving 300 guests creates lines long enough that people stop going, which quietly kills the energy of a reception.
Yes. With the glass garage doors open the outdoor space becomes part of the event, and we plan bar placement so guests on the lawn or dock aren't walking back inside for every drink.
