We Probably Know It
We're fully mobile, which means we're not tied to any one property — we bring the bar, the ice, the glassware, and the staff to wherever you're getting married. Every venue below links to its listing so you can keep researching, and the ones we've personally worked are marked.
Your alcohol is invoiced separately through our partner, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, at their price with no markup from us — and any unopened wine and liquor can be returned for a refund after the event.

Do you need the venue to have a built-in bar?
No. WinterBrooke Bar is fully mobile — we bring the bar itself, the ice, the glassware, the tools and the staff. We do not need power or plumbing. What we need is a clear path from a vehicle and roughly an eight-by-four-foot footprint.
What if my venue is not on your list?
Send it anyway. The list covers 160-plus Central Florida venues we know, but we are mobile and take new venues constantly. We will tell you honestly whether we have worked there before or whether it would be our first time.
Will my venue let us bring an outside bar vendor?
Most Central Florida venues do, but ask before you book the venue rather than after. If they need a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, we issue it at no charge, typically the same day.
How much does bar service cost at a Central Florida venue?
It does not change by venue. Bar service starts at $850 for up to 50 guests over four hours, $1,300 for 100 guests over four hours, and $2,450 for 200 guests over five hours. Alcohol is separate and billed at cost.
How does the alcohol work?
It is invoiced separately through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at their price with no markup from us, and any unopened wine or liquor can be returned for a refund after the event.
Do you charge travel fees to venues outside Orlando?
Not inside the standard service area, which runs roughly an hour out from Orlando and covers Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and Brevard counties. Anything further out is quoted up front, never added later.
How early do you arrive at a venue?
Two hours before doors, and we are loaded out within an hour of close. Those hours are already built into the quoted price, so the setup window is not a surprise line item.
